    First Video

    1st video no more than 30 seconds 1 second over and there will be a deducation in points.

    More than 10 seconds over and there are no more marks for any animations.

    Speed and excitement

    Use 1st video to build excitement start the video at normal speed and in several sections speed the video so it reaches a climax at about the 25 second point.

    Video fade in and out

    Fade video from black to movie at the start and at the end fade from video to black. To do this, add a 'Fade to Black' transition at the start of your clip and again at the end.

    Second video or more video's if it is needed.

    No more than 20 seconds. Penalties are the same as the 1st video.

    Speed video up and cut parts that are not needed to get video clips under the 20 seconds.

    3-4 second clips

    These very short moving pictures can be very good when used correctly.

    More than 4 seconds they go from moving picture to video and will lose points.

    2-3 seconds is a good average.

    Cooking Video's

    You are not presenting a cooking show. Only show the parts or ingredients that are important for taste, appearance or culture.
