The rubiks are for a panel of judges.
All aspects of language, computer skills and public speaking are assessed.
Points
Scores 4 to 5 are for creativity.

Creative text enhances theme and easy to read.
The text is clearly written with little or no editing required.
Few words to assess or spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors distract or impair readability.3+ errors

Animation
Creative animations on all slides assist overall theme and enhance understanding of concepts. All animations add weight to the words being spoken with excellent timing and no distractions.
The animations on most slides assist the audience understanding.
Generally good timing between words spoken and animations add emphasis to most spoken words.
Many animations seem unrelated to the topic/theme and do not enhance the overall storyline. Many slides with no animations.

Layout
A creative theme is visually pleasing with a feeling of wholeness that removes disjointedness from the content. Information is a continuous flow without breaking audience’s attention.
The layout is creative, pleasing to watch and assists the flow of information.
The layout shows some structure but appears cluttered and busy or distracting with large gaps of white space or uses a distracting background.
The layout is cluttered, confusing, and does not use spacing, headings and subheadings to enhance the readability.

Font and Size
The fonts are creative and easy-to-read, size varies appropriately for headings and text. Use of italics, bold, and indentations enhances readability.
Sometimes the fonts are easy-to-read, but in a few places the use of fonts, italics, bold, distracts and does not enhance readability
Overall readability is difficult with too many different fonts, overuse of bold or lack of appropriate indentations of text.
