    The art of Self Discipline

Games can be good and bad.

Some types of games are good for you.
Mindless shooting games are not good for you and train people to do things without thinking.
Sometimes these things are bad. Doing things without thinking is called impulsive behaviour.

    Good Games

Good games need the player to plan and think about tasks that help to get a higher score

    Bad Games foster impulsiveness

Bad games do not need extra thinking other than to pick up resources and shoot or react. These games should be played less and if necessary used as a reward for set periods of time, possibly 1 hour.

    Good Games

Good games can help with academic achievement.

    Bad games

Bad games do not enhance academic achievement. Many of these are used to train soldiers to kill.
